Beast End Athletics is a progressive movement challenging the East End fitness space. To our core, we believe that lifestyle and community support are key pillars to your fitness journey. For that reason, this is no simple personal training, sweat session, or group fitness class. We care about our community and help them not only with their fitness goals, but with their every day habits and attitudes. Beast End Athletics is about harnessing your intensity and leveling you up in family, fitness, and life.

  • USA Weightlifting’s coach education courses have been the gold standard for training coaches in weightlifting and strength training for over 35 years. 

    The sport of weightlifting is an excellent tool to improve all aspects of physical health including physique, dynamic stability, sport performance, and protection against injury. Weightlifting is also proven to be effective at managing depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and anxiety, while improving confidence, increasing bone density, and creating a sense of empowerment. The skills, techniques, and strength gained through training can transform your health, fitness, and outlook on life.

  • The Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) is the oldest and largest national assocation of runners and running organizations dedicated to growing the sport of running since 1958.

    RRCA coaches are proficient in helping people achieve their goals, which may include completing a 5k, half marathon, marathon, and beyond, along with setting personal records and designing intelligent training plans based on a scientific body of knowledge designed to minimize the risk of injury while helping runners achieve their goals.
